Good location, but expensive for what it is

On the positive side, the apartment was clean and is well located - a 5-minute walk from the beach in a quiet location. The apartment is fairly small, with 1 separate bedroom and another bedroom on top of the main room. It's OK but seems expensive for what it is.

Très bon emplacement et pièce de vie très agréable. La mezzanine est sonore et mal isolée lorsque la température monte un peu. L'équipement de la cuisine n'est pas forcément adapté aux nombres de convives attendus et pas homogène. En synthèse, un logement agréable mais onéreux au regard des prestations.
