My family and I had a very distressing experience at this property. Despite arriving at 2:00 AM after a long trip, we were unable to rest because the rental was in an unacceptable state.Cleanliness Issues:Upon arrival, the house was filthy. We found trash left behind, dirt on the floors, and dirty dishes in the kitchen. Most concerningly, the bedsheets and blankets were covered in visible stains and dirt. Because the linens were unusable, we had to stay up through the night washing laundry just so we had a clean place to sleep.Connectivity and Communication:The Wi-Fi was non-functional throughout our stay. When we reached out to the property manager, we were told to restart the router. After we informed her that this did not fix the problem, our messages were completely ignored for the remainder of the trip.Management Response:When we brought these serious cleanliness issues to the owner’s attention, the response was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a solution, the owner blamed my family for the mess and insisted the property was clean, despite the clear evidence to the contrary.Conclusion:We are very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the unsanitary conditions of this rental. I would not recommend staying here if you expect a clean environment or responsive management.
