Super comfortable bed and nice rooms. No loud sounds. But when we dis try the restroom at lobby they where terrible. And the breakfast was ok. But need to go early cause after 8am it get pack and they ran out of everything and they dont put more. It was a little.bit expensive compare to other that we had stay but i gueas that happends because we got it last minute

The hotel has a "heated outdoor pool" however the gated doors to access are not in "normal" working condition making it extremely difficult to unlock. Unfortunately once you get into the pool area the pool water is so murky you cannot see to the bottom of the tiny (4-5 foot deep) pool. There were children playing in the pool however the mom yelled out "do not get the water in your mouths!" The free breakfast was lacking, the staff did not keep up with the demand and failed to replenish the buffet as it emptied out.

Air will only go down to 68. Rooms were hot and small.

Very attractive, large room, well-furnished and equipped, quiet, very clean.

Nice new facility, clean rooms, friendly staff. The pool was a bit warm and small, but otherwise a great place to spend the night near Carlsbad Caverns.

It was perfect for the area. Work out area was great .. didn't get a chance to test out pool because of work.. but looked great thanks

Clean, good comfort, but pricey for what you get - just nothing better in a large radius.

The hotel was nice, just overpriced in my opinion. There was nothing extraordinary about the hotel, except the fact that it is on the way to Carlsbad Caverns. It was clean, the room was nice, the breakfast was okay, the staff was friendly...all just average. The price was not. But we were close to the caverns.

This was the perfect place to stay in Carlsbad. We were there to visit the caverns and found the hotel was very comfortable and a great location. Would definitly recommend.

Floor had tortilla chip and cookie crumbs from previous occupant. Sink and shower were not clean. Clean sheets on bed.

Staff was very accommodating.room very nice and clean. Would stay there again!

The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't know that the world gymnastic tournament was going on in the room above us. It was so noisy we couldn't sleep and the kids in the room above us kept it untill about two in the morning. When my wife called the front desk to complain they said they would take care of it but they didn't.

At $119, this hotel is more expensive than other places to stay in Carlsbad, but it is very attractive, clean, comfortable, and the breakfasts are substantial, not just carbs. We will definitely stay there next time we visit the area.

We booked this hotel for our trip to Carlsbad Caverns. The hotel is easy to find along US180/62. There are restaurants near to the hotel. The room was confortable with a king sized bed and a large TV. The continental breakfast had a good variety of food.

Love the Hotel... Very clean
