A qualidade das toalhas era péssima, com aspecto e textura pior que pano de chão. Não havia uma touca de banho no banheiro, item importante para mulheres. Impossível manter o frigobar ligado, devido ao barulho do motor, seria melhor nem ter no quarto, motivo pelo qual o mantinham desligado. Café da manhã nota 2☆☆ para ser bem generosa. Os atendentes eram educados.

O hotel é bom, na média da região. O atendimento, gosto bastante, sempre atenciosos, porém um hotel que não tem gerador e se acaba a energia você fica no escuro, sem chuveiro e etc. isso é inadmissível.

A estadia foi ótima, sem problema algum, porém, apenas o chuveiro do quarto 407 deixou a desejar, uma vez que não funcionou direito, com pouca vazão. Isso foi informado na recepção no check out. Como sugestão, seria legal colocar granola a disposição dos hóspedes, que junto com o iogurte seria muito bom. Equipe e hospedagem nota 10.
