The condo is amazing. It's on the main street of Capitola, yet quiet and serene. It's huge, tastefully, beautifully appointed. My wife, my niece, and I could stop marveling at how big and gorgeous it was. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the walk-in showers perfect. Could not possibly be better, or a better value.

Great apartment, me and my Bestie both wanted to stay forever!There were a couple of things missing from the cabinets that were pictured. It’s no big deal and didn’t affect our stay. There are a couple of random red spots on the TV in the living room. The kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen I have ever seen during any of my stays. I felt right at home.It was a great stay!

The unit is lovely. Every room immaculate and well appointed. We only stayed two nights and had planned to cook but ended up staying longer at the beach instead! The location was perfect for visiting the beach and wandering through the town. Lots of shops to browse and plenty of options for food/drinks. The hosts recommendations were appreciated.

Really lovely apartment felt like home for the couple days we stayed in it. Furnishings were very nice and the house is fully stocked with all the things you need. The location was great and we were able to walk to all of our destinations. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.

Lovely, modern apartment. The spacious rooms and kitchen make it easy to relax. We were happy to have a washer/dryer to do laundry! We come to Capitola frequently, staying in the Village is awesome!! This apartment is clean, updated and great for a small family or group!

Great time from start to finish. Excellent location, walked everywhere, found parking nearby as well. Even though the apt is just above the street, we didn’t find it overly noisy. Thank you for taking great care of this place! We hope to be back.

Charming

We loved the location of the property-right in the middle of town and all the activity. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Capitola is a lovely seaside town filled with charm and beauty. Santa Cruz is right next door with lots to offer. A redwood forest is nearby for a great walk/hike. And there's more, you won't be bored!

Great Location!

We had a great stay in Capitola at this apartment. I brought my teenager and her friends for a birthday weekend and we all had a great time! There was enough space for everyone and it was very clean and comfortable. The apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and the beach! Parking was a little tricky on a busy weekend, but the parking permit and map provided helped. We would definitely stay here again!

GREAT LOCATION

The apartment is in a great location, centrally located to everything in town. Super clean and comfy. The mattresses are very firm which is fine if you are used to that. The pillows left a little to be desired. Bring your own if you can.

Wonderful stay downtown

We had a fabulous time at this rental. It’s updated with new modern features. Perfect location in the village in the middle of shops and the beach. I brought my 2 young girls, my mom and husband and there was plenty of space for all of us. It felt very clean and fresh. It was nice to have a full kitchen with all the appliances and items we needed, especially when traveling with kids. Plus a washer and dryer! The only suggestion I might make is to bring a white noise machine for the front room if you like to sleep with windows open. It can be a bit noisy at night and early morning. Great place, as pictured and advertised. Would definitely rent again!
