Confortable casa

Muy linda casa , todo estaba limpio y con todo lo q se necesita para pasar unas vacaciones comodas.Hermosa vista al canal donde se puede apreciar la puesta del sol y ademas excelente ubicacion.

The pool was great! We used it a lot. The beds were comfortable, the couches were not. Everything was clean. The microwave didn’t work, but there was a very small one on the counter. A dinner size plate didn’t fit in it. I was just happy to have a microwave that worked. They had some beach chairs and umbrellas that we took to Sanibel. That was very nice to have. Jill quickly responded to any questions I had. We had a great stay and definitely would return.

Our stay was everything we needed it to be! Our first time on a family trip to Cape Coral and the house was very clean and was equipped with every thing we needed! Thank you for leaving lots of recommendations for things to do and visit! Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend !

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was as expected. The only thing I would improve is add a box spring to the master bedroom bed. Bed was too low to the ground making it hard to get out. Pool was wonderful, but for the cooler months of the year I would increase the temperature of it. Otherwise everything was great, would definitely stay again. Thank you

Very spacious, moderately decorated. Bedrooms and bathrooms lay out nicely. The configuration of kitchen and family/living room odd. The outdoor lanai was very roomy, and set up comfortably. It looked like the overhang area of lanai was plated for fans with lights and not done yet, very dark at night for table area. Host was very attentive to responding to questions.

We had a most enjoyable stay. Our rental was clean, kitchen was well stocked and it was in a great location. Close to beaches and many restaurant options. It was a little chilly the first few days but the later part of our trip we really enjoyed the pool.

Lovely open concept home. The pool and lanai area was very nice. The host was available to answer our questions. The location was pretty central to our activities.The weather could have cooperated a bit more but we had a great time.

Overall, the house was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well equipped. However, during our stay the pool area was usually in the shade, making it hard to tan and enjoy the outside.

Our host was very nice and very accessible when we had questions. The home is beautiful, well maintained and close to restaurants, shopping and other amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a local park where if you’re lucky you just may spot a Manatee. It was well worth it.

Location was close to grocery stores, good restaurants and fun activities and the beach. House was good for the price. One big open common area that had an assortment of board games, living room with tv and nice kitchen area. Couple areas that need improvement though. The master bedroom only had a single mattress that was on a frame almost on the floor. It was not comfortable and hard on our backs. Then the pool that was supposed to be heated was so cold we were all frozen. The heater was showing it was running but it must be set very low. Then there we were expected to not just start a load of laundry which is common. It is requested that towels be washed, dried, folded and put away. Overall a good stay but the cold pool was a disappointment and sorry the bed wasn’t a little better.
