Pardon our Noise. Beginning 4/15/2026, Cape Winds Resort is undergoing exterior renovations 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri. As such, pool/spa and other amenities outside your unit may be intermittently unavailable. We believe the pool/spa will be closed until further notice. Pricing discounts are reflective of this inconvenience.

Located just minutes from Port Canaveral and World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Easy access to the complex pool outside the sliders on the private patio. We had a great time at the beach and this place is perfect! It is set up with everything you need and the location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and short drive to lots of shops and restaurants.
