We stayed here for five days, and the experience has been exceptional. The hotel service is truly par excellence — every staff member is incredibly helpful and consistently goes out of their way to accommodate any request. An absolute disaster. The hotel does not even fit into a 1 star category. It was a total waste of my money and will never again trust Hotel.com on the hotel reviews and images shown. The hotel was the height of uncleanliness. The sadest part of all was that it was i who recommended my brother and family to book this hotel.
