Staff was attentive and good service, room was clean, food was good and kid’s club was great. The beachfront was a nice strip of beach and easy to swim. Only issue was that I paid for a premium room with an ocean view and I ended up on the side of the hotel looking at construction. Would have been better off just having not paid for this and getting pool view. Overall great stay.

Everything was great and my family of 5 (2 adults and kids aged 17, 16, and 8) had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly, the food was high quality, and the resort accommodations were top notch. We will return!

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel environment and the layout of the room. Everything was well designed and comfortable. I was also very impressed by the staff — the service was thoughtful, patient, and professional, which made my stay much more pleasant. That said, I would like to mention a few small issues that I hope could be improved in the future: The Wi-Fi signal in the hotel was quite weak and unstable. Some of the power outlets and charging ports in the room were not very convenient or did not work well. The restaurant required a long waiting time to make a reservation, and when guests are very hungry, it can be a bit difficult to wait so long for a meal. These are relatively minor issues, but I believe addressing them would further enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Design flaw with the bathroom having transparent glass doors which seemed very odd. Inappropriate for families with children. Resort was unable to handle the volume of visitors during the Christmas vacation.

Rooms are dirty. There are cockroaches. They had to move our room because I saw one the first night. Disgusting actually. The beds are damp. Floors are wet. The rooms smell horrible especially the beds. The service is TERRIBLE. We were there for five nights and not a single server walked up to us by the pools and I had to chase the guy down by the beach. I gave up and just got my own drinks. Service is TERRIBLE. The only person who will always ask you if you need something is the lady asking you if you need a massage ten times a day. The resort is awkward and it's hard to get from one end to the other. "Shows" are in the bar. Fidel is absolutely wonderful though. He's a young man who works at in the lobby bar. The bartenders in the evening are all wonderful. And honestly, the servers in the evening are great too. It's just the guys working outside. BAD. The food is decent for how bad the resort is. I don't know who is consistently giving this place good reviews. This was a last minute trip to a resort I wouldn't normally book. I was counting down the days to leave which is really sad. Didn't relax one day. Oh, and before I forget.. the ladies working in the cafe which is in the store ... omg stay away from those miserable women. The way they look at you and act when you ask if they can make you a coffee is bizarre. They give you attitude and they act like it's such an inconvenience. You're working the cafe? What do you think I'm going to ask you for? Horrible attitudes.
