The room was clean. We had a balcony with a view of the beach and pool. House keeping was prompt. The facility is secure. There is a restaurant on site overlooking the ocean. It is on the bus route so you have affordable access to all of Cancun. There are several other restaurants within walking distance.

I’ll start off with the bad. First night I was greeted by cockroaches in my room, there is only one restaurant and it’s overpriced for what they serve, No complementary water, the excursion packages were outrageous , I though we would get a better deal booking through the hotel and ended up paying $200 usd more then booking myself online ,the hotel didn’t reply to my shuttle questions so I had to book a private shuttle from the airport and the showers are cold. On the plus side I liked the old architecture of the hotel, the beach is right beside the pool, they let us lounge around the pool after checkout to wait for my shuttle. I definitely wouldn’t book again but it was ok for four days.

Big thank to Gustavo and kudos to Francisco and Sanjay for really making this place going. We where checked in by young Gustavo who is a student, He is extremely competent and got the art of hospitality in his blood. We would have not stayed if not for his welcoming and handling all issues in a professional manner. Other than that, this hotel needs a real transformation beyond a face lift. Great location but no amenities, one restaurant only not that great and almost nothing except for AXXO convenience store close by. My advice to the hotel owners is to drop at least two stars changing it to one or two star apartment hotel only. Very misleading title.

Overall, I enjoyed the stay. The beach view was great and you could hear the waves from the room. However, be cautious booking tours through the hotel staff. I booked two tours with an employee named Gael and later discovered they were about $250 cheaper online. When I tried to cancel one (still more than 24 hours in advance as he had said was allowed), he refused and told me to speak to the manager, who was never available. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one helped, and after I left, the agency manager contacted me but stopped responding when I asked for an update on a partial refund. I recommend comparing tour prices online and avoiding the hotel’s tour agency.

All the staff courteous . The cleanliness of the room and surroundings is good. But the room given to us is very bad. The first night was ok, but i noticed right away that it could be a family room at times because there was a locked door leading to the other room. I could have asked for a change of room right away but didn’t bother. The following night, it scares me to death that it feels like somebody is trying to open my door and then people are starting to talk. And so it was, the other room got occupied. I dont know how i lasted staying in that room. The people talking on the other room feels literally like together with you in the same room. Really really bad!!
