We stayed here over Thanksgiving 2025. We had the chef service, which was excellent. The property is beautiful and the views amazing. The living & outdoor spaces were perfect for our party of 6. Highly Recommend.

Our host was very timely with communication before and during our trip. The property is in a nice location close to public transportation and necessities. We felt safe walking to GoMart and taking the bus to the tourist spots. The property does not have a washer and dryer onsite but we were offered laundry service. Also, this might be an American thing but there is a cooktop not an oven. The beach front has a lot of glass, highly recommend water shoes. We did utilize the chef for most of our trip and that was a fantastic treat for us. Overall, the property is nice and met the needs of our family.

Amazing Views

We had a great weekend staying here! The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Note, there are enough beds to sleep 12 and the couch can sleep 2. That said, the host and community staff were super helpful and responsive. This house also has a great location with incredible views - you are literally on the beach! Lots of fun, would definitely recommend.

Lovely place!

Nico was excellent and put up with some of my missteps with communication. He couldn’t have been more respectful and responsive when contacted for even the most mundane things! The chef and helper were excellent! Transportation on time, clean, polite!

Best experience in Cancun

Villa Luna was absolutely great and beautiful with amazing views of the Caribbean. We had a ton of fun on the pirate boats show, and visiting the Puerto Cancun marina and goal course next to the house too. The highlight of our trip was waking up to amazing views of the blue ocean and being able to walk into the beach right from the house. The pool and its creative swing were super cool too. Chef cooked a very good ceviche, and was able to get some last minute ingredients and drinks at the GoMart next door. Transportation is also so easily available from the house’s location. Loved the place and highly recommend this luxurious beachfront villa to everyone.

Amazing Family Vacation

Service was outstanding from our host. Any questions or anything we need attended to was immediately addressed. Property is in a great location, just outside the crowded areas, but an easy taxi to any of the hot spots. Absolutely no complaints; just make sure you use the host's exact location they will provide to avoid issues in locating the property. (We got lost, but we were using wrong address.. haha.) Would definitely stay again, and have already referred this property to some friends. A

Incredible

As soon as you get to the Villa you will definitely see that it was built by a distinguished designer. We couldn’t be any happier that we chose to stay here. The Villa is beachfront and has direct private access to the beach. The Pool was amazing and well sized; we spent most of the time on the infinity pool, beach, and its amazing outdoor area and terrace. The views from the master bedroom were amazing, and most other rooms also had million dollars views of the beautiful ocean. The hanging lights and bbq were also very romantic. My girlfriend and I also loved playing tennis and using the paddle board and kayak, and she was super happy with the pictures I took of her sitting on the oceanfront swing. If you are looking for luxury and a tropical vibe, you cannot truly get a better beach house in Cancun—trust us we would know. The chef’s food was also delicious and worth it. Loved playing tennis and kayaking!

Clean, well decorated, comfortable, soothing views

The property is fabulous. Air conditioning was terrific. The house was immaculate and well taken care of. Location was great. Felt very safe inside complex with security. The owner communicated promptly and was very accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Bluetooth speaker was great to use outdoors. Although we didn’t use them, they had kayaks and paddle boards and a grill. The outside couch area was terrific with the hanging lights. We opted for the chef, which was a terrific and delicious idea. The only tiny thing that I wish we would have known at time of booking was that to access one of the bedrooms required going through the kitchen courtyard. Not a big deal for us- since all adults, but not sure if my kids would have stayed in that room since it felt apart from the house (could be a plus for some). But we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.
