Estamos frente a la playa en el Kilometro 11.5 de la zona hotelera de Cancun en una parte muy tranquila y podras disfrutar de la privacidad en tu balcon tomandote una margaritas, lo unico que vas a escuchar es el sonido de las olas del mar y si nos visitas en el verano vas a tener la oportunidad de ver a las tortugas gigantes cuando vienen a poner sus huevos en la playa.

Este departamento tiene 200 M2 o 2,150 sq ft con 3 recamaras cada una con su bano privado, sala, comedor, estancia, cocina totalmente equipada, centro de lavado, WIFI internet de gratis, patio y balcon con patio frente a la playa, es el lugar ideal para las familias que traen a sus ninos para disfrutar de la playa.

Tenemos otros 7 departamentos disponible y los podemos acomodar de acuerdo a su presupuesto y el numero de personas en su grupo familiar.

Solamente tenemos 12 villas en nuestro conjunto, es un lugar familiar con mucha privacidad y tranquilidad, solamente aceptamos grupos familiares y adultos responsable, no podemos aceptar springbreakers o grupos de jovenes sin la supervision de un adulto.

Estamos cerca de muchos restaurantes y plazas comerciales, el transporte en la zona hotelera es magnifico y no es necesario rentar un auto

This place felt like home. Everything was exceptional, from the hostess to the guys helping every time we needed help with beach chairs and umbrellas or anything else. The scenery in this place are from postcards. We even had a great experience with helping baby turtles to make sure they made it safe to the water.

Terrific experience

Everything from check in to check out was flawless and easy. One minor problem during our stay was corrected within minutes of reporting it to the owner. Great location on a beautiful beach that isn't nearly as crowded as the ones near the major hotels. Just a short walk to several restaurants, and plenty of space for my whole family.

The condo is comfortable and accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms had lots of storage areas. Plenty of spaces indoors and out to relax.We loved the balcony areas.The location on the beach was great. There is a restaurant next to the building and a Circle K across the street. Communication with the host was timely and helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. We would stay again and would recommend it to others.

Excellent Cancún Getaway

This property is just as advertised: quiet stretch of beach, excellent staff at the condo, and plenty of room to spread out. Location is great too. Tacun restaurant on site is a major bonus and easily walkable to the La Isla malls.

Run down with safety issues

The listing photos are many years old and the property has not aged well. One bathroom was plagued by water leaking through the ceiling from the unit above. In another bathroom the shower handle broke off repeatedly but was eventually repaired. There were sewer gases in two of the bedrooms, The dishwasher was broken, The stove's propane ran out one day, leaving us unable to cook. There are 12" gaps in the balcony railing, making it unsafe for children. There is no lock for the balcony although the unit is only on the second floor. There are signs of spalling and concrete failure which I hope are not structural. The property manager was as responsive as possible but the problems were challenging, the unit has not aged well at all, and is certainly not worth the money. Right on the beach but constant red flags because of wind for all of our two weeks.

Location, location,location!

Everything about this condo was to our complete satisfaction or better than expected. From ease of communication before check in to dealing with Annabel, Hazel, Esteban and Eblas and our very favourite Carlos who was our transportation the whole 2 weeks available anytime we needed a ride or tour and always with a smile, a story and some Mexican history and culture. If ever in Cancun again would not hesitate to stay here again. Only downside was the weather, with rain, strong winds and beach erosion a lot of our time there but then again it snowed in Florida at the same time and we cannot control Mother Nature

This condo was very nice, exactly as described. Beautiful views & great amenities. We had a small issue with water temp but it was addressed quickly. Location was great easy to get in & out of with easy parking. Would stay again.

Lovely beachside condo

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is an unbelievable view and location for the price, and the owner is actively working on numerous improvements to additional units. Communication with the owner was excellent, instant really, and the staff on site were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of our stay (other than the beach and view) was the charming little restaurant next door to the property. Restaurante TACUN! It's cash-only, but the food and atmosphere were fantastic, making it one of our favorite parts of the trip. There were hugs all around the day our family left.. from staff of our B&B and our Tacun friends. We hated to leave. We look forward to seeing the future updates, and will 100% book here when we visit once again!

Great Stay and Great Location

This is a great condo and awesome location. Everyone, from the Manager, on-site facility team, and transportation are top notch. One of the people in our travel party was getting work done at Cancun Dental Specialists and they were directly across the street. I recommend it to anyone traveling with a group of folks.

Fantastic View

This property had a fantastic view and easy access to the ocean. They arranged transportation from and back to the airport. They have an on-site employee to take care of any condo issues. Communication through the What's App made everything very simple. We did not rent a car because the condo had easy access to the bus system which came by on a regular basis. Make sure you have exact change in pesos to pay the bus drivers. Great time! Great people!

BEDS are HORRIBLE...but everything else is great

Lots of positives about this 2nd floor unit facing the ocean...lets start with the biggest negative first. Beds are absolutely horrible and need serious repair or replacements. Master bedroom mattress is a sponge and sinks with NO support. Dont sit on the edges you'll be on the floor. The king size mattress is extremely old and needs replacing. The double beds in the other bedroom need both mattresses to be replaced as well and ALL slats redone...alot missing so NO support. Showers - if you want a warm hot shower then only the kids room with single beds works. Other 2 showers are tepid at best. Now for the positives...and there are many...starting with the crew management. Rosi, Annabel, Dorian, Esteban and others are fantastic and will offer help beyond anywhere we have stayed. They do their utmost to assist with problems and are genuine good souls...loved them all. Amenties, while a little rough around the edges, we own a cottage so can deal with some roughness and so everything works just fine. All the cutlery you'll need and then some. Patio facing ocean is lovely, with a patio sofa and two padded chairs with glass table. Great ocean views, sunrises, and VERY quiet and semi private. The unit is between resorts which are far enough away to barely hear anything but ocean waves...awesome. Pool is not heated, cold, but if you can do Scandinavian spas (hot/cold) its nice.

This place is magic!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay! The apartment is spacious, the air conditioning works amazingly well and the kitchen is very well equipped. The view is absolutely stunning and the beach is practically empty—an ideal feature for a family full of introverts. Both Esteban and Rosy were wonderfully helpful and welcoming. We had an unforgettable vacation :)

5 wonderful weeks

We just returned to Canada after spending 5 wonderful weeks at the Bridec. Over that time we enjoyed many of our family coming to stay with us and, without exception, everyone agreed that this is a special vacation property. While it is a bit older, the living space and the location cannot be beat. Enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony while the sun is rising, often having an omelette for breakfast next door at the Tacun restaurant and then walking a few steps down to the (almost private) beach is a great getaway lifestyle. Other reviews cover the close proximity to bus(12 pesos and they run every few minutes BUT the bus drivers drive like maniacs), Circle K, ATM for pesos, shopping, entertainment - we agree and won’t repeat other reviewers comments. The people who run this property are super accommodating and treat you like family. Their mission is to do whatever it takes to have you enjoy your stay. A special thanks to Anabel who went out of her way to be available via WhatsApp and quickly arrange whatever was needed. You we instrumental is ensuring we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Anabel, Rosy, Hazel, Carlos, Dorian, Estevan and Hilario. Hope we didn’t forget anyone. We hope to be back again. Anne and Ron, Winnipeg.

Highly recommend!
