Would you like to enjoy an amazing holiday in the south of Majorca in front of the sea? Welcome to "Blau Mari"!

This flat belongs to a residential complex with beautiful and well-kept gardens, is located on the ground floor and has a lovely terrace with views to the sea and the large community pool which is available all year round.

The terrace is partly covered and partly sunny and is furnished, so you can enjoy al fresco meals at a table with chairs for 4 people enjoying the wonderful sea view and two comfortable deck chairs.

The interior of the accommodation is accessed through the terrace, providing access to both the living room and one of the bedrooms. The living room, spacious and bright, is connected to the kitchen by a breakfast bar, providing a very cosy atmosphere. The kitchen has all the necessary elements for cooking.

There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, which can be used for cooling in summer or heating in winter.

That said, it only remains for you to book your holidays in Majorca in this marvellous property only 350m away from the beach of Sa Rápita and very close to one of the most famous beaches of Majorca: Es Trenc, with its fine sand and crystal clear waters.

wir hatten eine Wohnung. daher kein Frühstück. die Lage war perfekt für unseren Urlaub. direkter Blick auf das Meer. kurzer Weg zum Strand. gute Parkmöglichkeit. sehr ruhig gelegen. tolle Terrasse. alles gut erreichbar. nichts. es war so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben.

Alles in allem war die Unterkunft sehr sauber, die Anlage gepflegt und es war alles da was man braucht. Durch die 2 Bäder, die jeweils in die Zimmer integriert sind, kann man wirklich gut zur Ruhe kommen.

Urlaub zu zweit in der Vorsaison Anfang Mai.

Die Terasse mit dem Ausblick zum Hafen war grosszügig und wunderschön, eine echte wohlfühloase. Die Lage der Wohnung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Nautuschutzgebiet und kilometerlangen Sandstränden und unberührten Dühnen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Gleiches gilt auch für die Wohnung, sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, grosszügige Küche mit Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine und zwei Bäder bieten ein sehr konfortables Zuhause. Ein sehr zuvorkommender und herzensfreundlicher Gastgeber, gab uns direkt ein Willkomensgefühl und war zu Stelle als wir Hilfe brauchten. Aug jedenfall weiterzuempfehlen!! Die Küchenausrüstung könnte etwas hochwertiger sein. So waren die Messer und Pfannen unpraktisch. Der Fernseher gehört der älteren Generation an, stört aber wenig wenn das Wetter gut ist

Traumhafte Ruhe, Aussicht und Erholung

Das Objekt war von der Lage her nicht zu toppen. Strand, Yachthafen, Meerblick, Gastronomie....alles leicht zu erreichen. Ein Auto vor der Tür ist immer gut zu haben, hier geht es aber sogar ohne Auto.
