The response to an issue with a faulty USB connection was resolved quickly without the need to change our room. The Customer Service was Top Notch The hotel Manager was on site and actively involved in all matters of the hotel from our point of view. My bathroom was clean, however, there were open cracks along the baseboards. In the middle of the night, I found cockroaches running from one end of the bathroom to the other. They ran inside the cracks of the walls.
