First floor apartment with south-facing terrace approx. 200 m to the beach

Our ground floor apartment with terrace for 4 people is located on the quiet south side of the apartment complex Beach Apartment Callantsoog, only about 100 m from the kilometer-long sandy beach and a few minutes' walk from the town center. The modern, approx. 65 m² apartment was lovingly renovated from September 2011 and mostly newly furnished. Further modernizations and equipment are carried out continuously.

The apartment has two bedrooms with two double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m and 1.60 x 2.00 m), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a large living / dining room with kitchenette including ceramic hob and microwave.

In the cozy living area there is a flat screen TV, on which you can also receive German programs and a stereo.

A washing machine and dryer are in a common room and can be used with brands available from the caretaker.

Four chairs, a table, two deckchairs and a parasol are available for the terrace.

The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist es ruhig...in der Hochsaison dürfte es im Haus, aber auch auf der Straße deutlich lauter sein. Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Herzliche Grüße

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit unserem 10-jährigen Sohn zum ersten mal in den Niederlanden (Juni 2015). Die Nähe zum Strand war wunderbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bot uns dreien viel Platz. Sie war schön eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Eine Info, wo die Waschmaschine zu finden ist und wie der Müll zu entsorgen ist, wäre hilfreich gewesen. Darüber haben wir auch keine Infos in der Wohnung gefunden.

Eine schöne Wohnung direkt am Strandzugang! Sehr gepflegt und super sauber! Bequeme Betten!Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Einziges Manko, die Terrassenstühle- und Liegen sind leider unbequem.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Kommunikation funktioniert schnell und zuverlässig und die Lage ist wunderbar. Wir können diese Wohnung für 4 Personen auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
