The hotel is a dump, more a hostel than hotel. Walking up the stairs is very dirty, dark, large garbin bins along each corridor, locked rooms with padlocks. We left after6 hours as we came in at 1am. We lost all our money, orbits should refund me as i had to book another hotel. Orbits rebiews amd rating was inaccurate.

This hotel was a major disappointment and extremely poor value for money. I paid over $300 for three nights, yet the experience was far below acceptable standards and not even worthy of a one-star rating. The high rating on Expedia (9/10 from 75+ reviews) is very misleading, especially since the hotel is listed under two different names, raising concerns about transparency. The building is very old, with steep stairs leading to the reception, and the reception area is so close to the rooms that noise can be heard throughout the night. The bathroom layout is unacceptable: the toilet is placed inside a small cabinet within the room, directly next to the beds, causing severe discomfort and hygiene concerns. Even after switching rooms, there was a strong, unpleasant smell outside, possibly from a utility or laundry area. Despite booking three non-refundable nights, I requested to stay only one night, but the hotel refused to cooperate and ignored multiple attempts by Expedia to contact them. This forced me to stay all three nights, which ruined my trip. Additionally, the “full breakfast” advertised on Expedia was misleading, consisting of only one boiled egg, a piece of cheese, and a small jar of jam. Wifi is not working too. Overall, this hotel is overpriced, poorly managed, and strongly not recommended.

Lo único bueno de este hotel fue el chico de recepción, de allí en más, NO NO NO PORFAVOR. Empezando porque no ponen fotos de la fachada del edificio el cual es sucio, viejo, hay demasiada bulla; en la habitación, el baño y la ducha juntos ni cortinas ni nada, no había ni papel higiénico. Realmente no entiendo porque tiene buena valoración. Felizmente fue solo una noche pero no volvería definitivamente.

Original room was the noisiest i have ever stayed in. We could not sleep all night. I really had to push the point to have the room changed. Finally did get a good room fir next three days. Room was good and staff very helpful. My disappointment was that the place had a very high rating and called itself a hotel whereas in fact it should have been classed as a hostel. No toiietries in room apart from tiny cake of latherless soap. Breakfasrt minimal you had to pay for coffee and no milk. Location excellent though noisy. Staff who spoke English were very helpful particularly the tour rep. The room had not been ckeaned during our four day stay

The worse hotel in the history of hotels. Wifi barely worked, ran out of water half way through a shower. The staff is friendly and nice. I didn't eat their breakfast. Is cheap for a reason, also no elevators, it gets old after, specifically if your room is in the 4th floor.
