For starters, this was a last minute booking due to a double booking at our original rental. And, boy, did we luck out in the end. She was extremely accommodating and responsive. The location is pretty located close to San Lucas and San Jose. We rented a car and the security guards were so friendly and helpful. The unit is a beauty; clean, well decorated, and an AMAZING view from all of the rooms. We had coffee on the balcony, more like an outdoor living room, in the mornings to watch the sunrise. We saw whales every morning frolicking in the bay. DID I mention, the view is amazing. The kitchen is well appointed for those who like to cook, like us. The washer and dryer came in handy. The beach chairs were in excellent condition and helpful as we explored local beaches. The bed is comfy. The AC worked quickly when we needed it. The weather in December was perfect for no AC & keeping the sliding glass door open to hear the waves as we slept. The energy in the unit is light and clean. Attention to detail in the condo is beyond compare. We will definitely be back. Since the unit is on the top floor, there is an elevator. Although the stairs were an easy workout as we came and went. Very clean and quiet. Calm atmosphere poolside and in poolside bistro. Quiet and private community with a sweet beach area to snorkel, sit, or watch the sunrise. There is a market on site for last minute needs. We were lucky in the end for the booking mishap because we ended up is the perfect spot.

Fabulous views. Wonderful balcony. Pool is very private and comfortable. Great restaurants nearby. Guards at the entrance are very helpful and friendly. There are steps up to the condo from the elevator but the guard brought our bags up. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ms. Pierce is very detailed. The condo is absolutely gorgeous as are the views. Definitely a very short walk to a semi private and swimmable beach. The restaurant that is very close is very eclectic, think your favorite pizza only “healthy”. However the very nearby convenience store is fantastic! The location is perfect. 15 minutes to Cabo San Lucas and about 20-25 minutes to San Jose De Cabo. Highly recommend

Beautiful views, nice condo. Not in a walkable area though. The restaurants nearby are all upscale and expensive, everything closes early (like 8-9pm) but the views were unbeatable

This is a lovely rental. The view is fabulous and the place is a perfect size for two with a great balcony. All necessary information was provided and easy to follow, someone was readily available if we had questions, and a lot of additional helpful information was provided about gettting around and local places. We look forward to returning.

Stunning condo. A hidden gem for a couple's getaway. Extremely clean bed and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, updated appliances, everything we needed to make some great meals. The views are unbelievable. Everywhere you go in the condo, you can see and hear the ocean. Sunrise was spectacular. The pool(s) and the pool bar were private and affordable. The private beach was sublime. The communication was the best I've ever had on VRBO, with outstanding local recommendations. Seriously, this stay was perfect. My wife loved the fact that we could stay on property and walk to restaurants to watch the sunsets. No car needed. Uber picks you up just steps away. Do yourself a favor and book this condo! We'll be coming back again.

Great Location and Views

My wife and I spent a week relaxing and taking in the view from the penthouse deck. Wonderful, especially in the afternoon when the sun starts setting and the deck cools down with the ocean breezes. Plenty of Ubers available so didn’t need to rent a car. Nice restaurants in walking distance, or great food and drinks at the pool bar.

The View

The property was just as shown and described. The views are spectacular from seeing every sunrise while we were there to seeing the whales breaching from the lanai. The property is meticulously manicured and beautiful with the flowers and greenery. We visited the beach almost every day and enjoyed every minute of it. Andreas and Jarod at the pool bar are top notch, pretty much anything you would need as far as a rental car to setting up excursions Andreas can get it done for you Lynn is very easy to work with when renting the condo, communication was excellent We will DEFINITELY be returning and staying at the same condo for sure Thank you Tim

Stunning views, best in Cabo!

Stunning views, best in Cabo! The pictures do not do it justice. You are high up so you can see the ocean the coastline and sometimes there's fireworks. Plus, you can hear the waves from your balcony and see the waves. The view is incredible book it, you will love it! And the inside is very upscale as well.

What a View!

We had a wonderful 3 nights at this property! The View is amazing with a great deck to enjoy it on! The Sunrises were spectacular! The kitchen appeared to be well stocked if you were going to cook in. We went out all 3 nights being there are so many great restaurants in the area (El Huerto was a fav!). There is a restaurant called Sead just steps away from the property that was perfect for bfast, coffee and lunch. The pool on the property was nice with such great service from the pool bar and restaurant too. Good lunch food and pina coladas and margaritas too! Beach chairs are comfy, umbrellas available if you need some shade. The walk to the beach is pretty close. It's not a beach to "walk" as there are rocks on each side, but it's quiet and quaint. Overall, we had a super relaxing time here!

Super Chill Cabo Condo

Our stay at the 6th-floor condo in Misiones was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, Lynn, the property manager, made sure everything was seamless and welcoming. The condo itself was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The real highlight, though, was the breathtaking view—we could see whales right from our balcony! It was truly a magical experience to watch them every day.The property amenities were fantastic as well. The pool area was super chill, never overcrowded, and the bar had great food and drinks with excellent service. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or enjoying the ocean views from our condo, every moment felt like paradise.If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed place with stunning views and a relaxing vibe, this is it! We can’t wait to come back.

Great condo, very nice area!

This condo has it all. Spacious, well appointed, gorgeous views from the very large balcony. Quiet and clean.Several great restaurants are within walking distance and the pool bar/restaurant was surprisingly good and very reasonable. Other restaurants within walking were quite pricey but generally worth it. Easy to UBER it into downtown.Highly recommend!

Wonderful first time Cabo experience

Lynn was so helpful and communicative from the very beginning. She gave thorough directions to the condo as well as detailed information on what to expect and so many recommendations! The condo was perfect for relaxing and the views were incredible. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. Location was so convenient to any activity we decided to venture out to.
