Spacious room with modern features, attentive staff, great food options, lots of entertainment, clean pools with lots of lounge chairs and evening shows with live music, or the option of attending rockin' club-style parties almost every night! My one any only concern was the intermittent/lack of hot water in my room when I wanted to have a shower. Some days it was great, and other days the hot water tap was not much different temp than the cold water tap. This is a small issue that didn't affect the overall experience, but something that I noticed.

WE WERE ROBBED DURING OUR STAY! $2500 worth of electronics were taken. The hotel security came to the room and looked everywhere and in all of our suitcases, drawers, etc. Unfortunately, nothing was ever found. To make matters worse, we reported that we had locked the balcony slider but the maid left it unlocked after cleaning - TWICE - after the robbery occurred. No offer of any remittance was given, so we left with being out another $2500 to replace our electronics. Will never stay this hotel again, nor any RIU, despite the rest of the trip being very enjoyable.
