The beach view was excellent and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. However, we had to request an infant crib several times before it was finally delivered later that evening, which was inconvenient. The room was very clean, the pool area was lovely, and the food was good. The on-site restaurants were fantastic and were definitely the highlight of the resort.

The room cleanliness was terrible. You can visibily see the dirt on the floor, mirrors and other surfaces. It was if the room had not been cleaned from the past 6 guest. They are adding another building so the partial ocean view is obstructed by the construction and if you step to the very tip of the balcony you see more of the ocean. I reported the issues to the staff and they were very nice. However, the new room they put us in was dirty as well. While using the bathroom I saw a roach and the room was not fully clean. The Zen restaurant was closed two of the nights while there and the iPad that had information regarding activities around the hotel had the wrong dates. So I missed the fire show and foam party. Overall I would never stay again and my experience was horrible. I moved my flight up on my departure day so that I can leave as soon as possible.

"The Hard Rock Cafe in Cabo is a total blast! The atmosphere is electric, with music memorabilia everywhere you look – a true feast for the eyes. The staff are super friendly and make you feel like part of the Hard Rock family. The food is classic American fare done right. The burgers are juicy, the nachos are loaded, and the cocktails are strong. Plus, the location is perfect, right in the heart of Cabo. Whether you're looking for a fun night out or just a tasty meal, this place rocks!"

The room was good, the staff were amazing. Miguel Angel was an awesome host. He always made sure we had anything we needed with in his control. The food was good in the onsite Resturaunt’s. The only issue we had was that the pool water at the adult pool was way too cold. CABO COLD PLUNGE. The other pools seemed much warmer. Even the adult hot tub was cold.. hope that gets addressed soon. Thanka

It was a wonderful stay, the room, common areas, and grounds were very clean. The service was incredible, very attentive staff. Pool-we spent our pool time at the family pool, the entertainment staff does a phenomenal job keeping everyone engaged. Lily really worked hard at keeping the pool goers engaged. Joan our server at the pool was excellent, he provided top notch service, checking on us regularly and fulfilling drink and food orders accurately. Restaurants - we ate at all the restaurants and they were wonderful. Los Gallos the mollete for breakfast is so good as was the chilaquiles and ceviche for lunch divine. UMO the brisket para taquer is excellent for a starter. The short rib and Chamorro Cochinita Piblil, were excellent. TORO- Excellent service by I think her name was Catalina, we went with the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly, excellent flavor just seasoned with salt and pepper the marinated vegetables are very good too and Cacoa for dessert is a must. Caio - WOW!! Italian is my favorite and this restaurant is top notch, this chef really has put together an absolutely delicious menu. Parmigiana di Melanze - Phenomenal!!! The Surf n Turf is excellent and worth the extra expense. La Roman pizza excellent flavor, I prefer a crispier crust but not a deal breaker. Arrabbiata was excellent I am a huge fan of Tagliatelle and this dish did not dissapoint. Caffeto - coffee was excellent we had it daily. Zen - very good rib eye bao buns were delicious.

Pools were cold and not heated, the food in most restaurants was far below par for what one would expect from a Hard Rock facility.
