El momento para hacer el checkin muy lento, mucha gente esperando, te piden confirmación de que hayas pagado (no tienen constancia?, es la primera vez que me pasa). En la reserva solicite cama de matrimonio, a lo que no se me respondió y allí tampoco se hizo caso a nuestra petición Habitacion sucia..el suelo, sábanas, papel higienico lleno de pelusas.
