When we returned to our room for our last night, the room had not been cleaned. Beds were not made, and no clean towels left. Trash cans had been emptied, but don’t know if the rest of the cleaning was completed. We’re not particularly nest freaks, but we do make our bed every day!

Absolutely the BEST place to stay in Buffalo!

From the moment we walked into the room until we checked out, everyone was incredibly helpful and very friendly, the place was immaculate and had every thing we could possibly need to have a wonderful day. It was hands-down, the nicest hotel we have stayed at in Buffalo and we will be back again!

Nice & pleasant stay

Room was clean and spacious. Kitchen utensils were limited - could have used a spatula to flip a grilled cheese sandwich. Also an extra spoon or fork might have been nice, but overall very nice facility. Breakfast was great - lots of choices, along with clean tables
