I have traveled to many cities and countries, but I have never experienced such poor service from any hotel. This is completely unacceptable. The staff misled customers by committing to certain terms before reservation, only to inform us upon arrival that the booking was canceled. They then demanded a higher amount to rebook. If a reservation is genuinely canceled, guests should receive an email notification at least 1–2 days in advance, with a clear explanation. Instead, the hotel staff deliberately misled us, causing significant inconvenience and distress. Additionally, if you book a room with breakfast included, you would expect sufficient and quality food. However, this hotel provided inadequate breakfast and insisted customers eat only at their designated place. On top of that, the management behaved rudely towards guests, which is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, as their practices are untrustworthy and their service is extremely poor.

Everything is good, only issues, there is no plug for the bathtub, breakfast buffet is no existent and the airplanes start taking off at 6am on Sunday Would stay here again it’s nice big and clean

Dirty floors, smelled of weed, but it was a bed

I asked for a non-smoking room. The room smelled like weed as did the hallways. Laminate wood Floors were really dirty so when we got in the shower we could see the dirt come off our feet.

Filthy, sketch, and a must skip

A truly horrible experience! The hotel was dirty, we had to ask to be moved rooms because ours reeked of urine so badly. The new room smelled better but was filthy. There were dirty towels hanging on the shower curtain, dirty quips in drawers, and visible grime on the counters. I felt like I was going to catch a disease any second. There were also visibly high people doing drugs in the parking lot and fent leaning in the lobby. The pool was so moldy and dirty with creepy people staring in the windows at the children playing. If I could give negative stars I would.

It smelled like vomit outside the room and stale cigarettes inside the room. The trash cans outside the room were full before we checked in - and the same trash was there the next morning. We cut out stay short and found another hotel for the rest of our visit.
