The showers were cold, not may bars to sit at the hotel we pay all inclusive for what? Then the swimming pools were so small only 10 chairs at each pool and even the adult pool you had to walk a whole block to get there. The food was not tasteful they only give you like 8 items to choose from. I definitely would not stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable, and overlooked the ocean. The food was consistently good and had lots of variety, and all of the staff people were friendly and wonderful to deal with.

Coming to this hotel for years. This year it appeared to be in need of upgrades and general area management. It was never a 3 star barely making 2 star. I’m being picky but it was recently painted and paint spatters on the sink toilet down the walls. There was always water on the toilet floors leak from somewhere. So inconsistent with toiletries one day 2 towels next day 3 another day no hand towels. Just real sloppy service. Grounds were not kept up anywhere like our last stay 3 years ago. Breakfast always good lunch so so dinner not good. Usually food was look warm. We ate out in the town for dinner most of the 14 evenings there. We were in block 2 and the noise from the events people was so loud from 10am until show was over at 10:30pm was so bad you couldn’t relax. Even on the beach loud speaker was way too loud. We eventually bought an umbrella so we could move down the beach where it was quieter. It’s a real shame this hotel is on a fabulous beach and the town is nice to walk around and get something to eat. However the area is becoming overly crowded now and there was lots of construction and truck noise all day long. Sounds like I’m overly picky and Complaining. But when you are now paying $8000 for two weeks of hard earned money and getting second rate facility then it’s time to look elsewhere. This area of Mexico is almost beyond the average persons affordability. When you see scandalous prices and gouging the results will be bad for the locals.

Twice i needed assistance anfter a fall. Both times it took more than half an hour. The store was never really open specific hours. No wifi and no elevators. i go to Bucerias every year and this was the only time I was disappointed.

Breakfast was good. The restaurants you reserve at were good, although the seafood was often over cooked. Portions are generous. Staff was great! The rooms are outdated and could use some modernization. Our bathroom specifically needed upkeep as our ceiling tiles and door hinges were rusty and the shower tiles needed cleaning.

I was a bit disappointed with this property. We were in building #5. It was quite dated and not to the standard I had expected for what the cost was. Saying that, the location of this hotel is perfect, the staff is excellent. The facility is very clean. The food was ok but I feel that it is inline with most of the all-inclusive resorts. My only true frustration with this resort was trying to get reservation for the specialty restaurants. It ws awful and after a few try we gave up wasting our time. The app didn't work for us and the line up at the service counter was 40 deep. Not wasting our precious vacation time waiting in that. We walked into the town of Bucarias. It was very safe and had fantastic meals there. Yes we had already paid for our meals at the hotel but not force feeding ourselves a mediocre buffet meal to prove a point. Again the location, cleanliness and EXCELLENT staff are what are what make this hotel.
