This home is a duplex with the property manager residing part-time in a separate upstairs unit. The full house is also available for rent upon request (5 beds 3.5 baths total). Each unit has a full kitchen, laundry, and living areas.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week in Brunswick at La Playa. The beds were very comfortable, the decor and amenities were very much appreciated as I cooked up some sides in the cute little kitchen. Meredith was alway prompt in her communications. We'd happily sat here again.

Excellent location and enjoyable space to share with our family that came up from Florida to visit us. Beds and bedding was very comfortable and the house was very clean. Fire table outside was cozy for gathering. Walking distance to old downtown with shopping and resturants.We would rent again.

Beautiful place

It’s located conveniently to Brunswick downtown. Nice places to eat, shop and other activities only 3-4 mins away by car. House is beautiful. There were enough rooms for an entire family of 4or 5. It was only 2 adults this time. She had thought of details like pots, pans, bathroom towels, etc. dogs loved sitting on nice wooden floors. I only have few suggestions- There was no place to hang our clothes. There should be a place to put our clothes. Even a hook behind the door or bathroom door would’ve helped. Beds needs to have side table to place my phone. Another suggestion, adding some water bottles in the fridge. Overall enjoyed our stay.
