Front desk didn't know what to do. I had to wait an hour to get the room even though I was the only costumer

Not great. Broken glass in parking space by our room; dirty walls in bath; intense, clashing colors decorating the room; bottle of conditioner but no shampoo. But the good news is there were nobugs, it was quiet, there was plenty of toliet paper and all the lights worked.

Property was old with some recent renovations. Check-in clerks went through over 15 key-cards before they found 2 that could be coded for my room. The room was reasonably clean. The king bed was a box-spring with an additional 1 inch pad instead of a mattress. The box-spring sat on a wood base, which I hit my shin on twice, that was about 1 1/2 thick that extended beyond the end of the box-spring. The room A/C cover did not fit properly and rattled while it was running. Talking in other rooms could be heard clearly through the walls and vent in the bathroom. The breakfast was feeble (no meats or proteins, only fruit was banana, and the only pastry was a mini blueberry muffin). The were two breakfast tables in a cramped area. I had to eat at a table that was 4 feet (+/- a few inches) from the check in desk.

The staff Mr. Dennis, Dravion and Mrs. Alisha was excellent host the only thing that needs to change is the type of breakfast and needs a workout facility

The night manager was very helpful. Our room did not have a shower curtain, pillows, shampoo, soap or towels, but he brought them right after we checked in. Unfortunately, the A/C unit did not work and it was hot (August in South GA). The night manager found two box fans for us to use. The next day he was able to find us an alternative room. It was not as clean as the other. There was mildew all over the ceiling in the bathroom, the tub was clogged with something white and drained slowly, and there were several ants crawling around. But, the A/C worked so we made the change. We mainly just stayed there for sleep and spent the rest of our time on Jekyll Island.

The room was clean. Bed comfortable. I was a bit upset when there was no "Do Not Disturb" available, even though I had asked the desk clerk. It is not that I distrust the housekeeping, but I do not like to be serviced for the most part while I am staying in a motel. For the motel's part, that should be a cost saving experience. I do not need fresh soap everyday. Fresh towels occasionally. The exterior was in sad shape. It need a lot of touchup. I brought to the attention of the desk clerk that a fire alarm handle was pulled down. I noticed an exterior plug was pulled out about an inch from the wall. The pool chairs could have used a good cleaning or maybe a replacement.

The hotel was not the best but they tried to take care of us, what was very aggravating is that orbitz booked us a smoking room, when my reservation clearly showed non smoking. The room stank bad and they had nothing else available with a king. But they showed me where on their reservation it said smoking so it was orbitz fault that the wrong room was reserved. will be reaching out to orbitz, as it made our stay very aggravating and messed up our vacation. Had allergies and could barely breath in that room.

The person who checked us in charged us when we had already paid. We did not discover this until later because it appeared in the credit card log. Orbitz helped us resolve this with the manager and the charge was removed without further fuss.

After reading all the negative reviews I decided to try it for myself. I am glade that I did, we had a good room for my husband since he is in in a wheelchair. The room and the bathroom was clean with no bugs anywhere!! the rooms were a little older but that is why the room wasn't but $64. We rented 3 rooms for 2 nights and no one complained about the rooms!!! I will use this hotel again.

We got there everything looked order. Bathroom wall had been broken they tried to fix it (epic fail) went to getting ready to get something to eat.only 2 plug ins worked through out the room. Only 1lamp in the far corner worked. Looked to be dried blood on the couch cushion. Couldn't blow dry my hair . had to lean over the air condition vent to dry my hair. Their hot breakfast consist of a cinnamon roll in a wrapper .and yogurt. NOT TO MENTION THE BED WAS HARD AS A ROCK!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE. Oh and their was black mold on the ceiling in the corner next to the bed.

I was supposed to be in a King suite with microwave and mini-refrigerator and the hotel advertised a guest laundry, which other than location was the main reason I selected this hotel. When I checked in I noticed they had an out of order sign on the guest laundry door. When I asked when it would be fixed the attendant gave me the impression it had been out of order for a while and management didn't know when it would be fixed. The only piece of furniture in my King Suite was a chair between the bed side table and the door. No refigerator! There was toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom, dirt in the chest of drawers and crumbs on the carpet. They were still there three days later when I checked out.

i could literally hear the person staying in the room BEHIND my room--our bathrooms shared a vent and i could hear EVERY word this guy was saying while he was in the shower!!!! OMG!!!!! needless to say, i took a VERY quiet shower!!!!! the front desk person was VERY nice & helpful. i appreciated that.

The Hotel was in a great location so near to Jekyll Island and St Simons and the Interstate 95. My room was clean, had everything I needed. I felt very safe. Enjoy the breakfast. Enjoyed my stay. Will stay again if my travels take me to the Brunswick area.

THE ROOM LOOKED CLEAN-TILL MY WIFE STARTED WIPING THINGS DOWN AND THE WASHCLOTH TURNED DARKER AND DARKER! ROOM SIZE, LAYOUT, AMENITIES, ETC WERE FINE-BED COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER. WE GOT A KING SMOKING ROOM, BED DIDNT OFFER VERY MUCH SUPPORT AND THE PILLOWS WERE FLAT AND CHEAP. THE POOL WATER STARTED TURNING GREEN, SO THE POOL WAS CLOSED AFTER THE 1ST NIGHT THERE-WE WERE TOLD THE POOL MAN HAD BEEN CALLED, BUT IT COULD BE A DAY OR TWO BEFORE HE ARRIVED TO SHOCK THE WATER AND GET THE PH CORRECT.

Nice and quite. Clean rooms. Nice pool. Breakfast needs help though. They did allow me to chck in early because of car trouble, it was very helpful in a stressful situation. Nice of them to help that way.

Hi Gordon i'm sorry you did not enjoyed your stay with us. For guests who have stayed with us will attest we do have comfortable king and queen mattress not 1" thick mattress pad. There is also 5 tables in our breakfast area. It is evident online we have a continental breakfast not a full one. Once again sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us.
