I was attending a business conference at Jekyll Island and stayed at this location in Brunswick for a fraction of the cost of Jekyll. It was clean and quiet. It was super convenient to the interstate, restaurants and shopping. And not that far from Jekyll. My only complaint was a minor one, but there were no drawers to unpack my clothes and not a closet just a hook to hang my clothes on. Other than that no complaints.

The staff was really wonderful at this facility. However, the cleanliness of the room was not good at all. I found a used cup in the couch, stains all over the couch, and the ice bucket/tray were so sticky they wouldn't come apart. After that I tried not to notice anything else considering there was no where else with a room available. The desk staff did apologize and offered a clean ice bucket/tray. The worst thing was that the lock on the door DID NOT WORK. I let the desk staff know and they tried to get maintenance to come look at the lock. Unfortunately, the maintenance guy didn't look at the lock the second day because we forgot to remove the "Do Not Disturb" sign. So, for two days I had to pile up luggage in front of the door to make it as safe as possible. I would definitely check you door lock if you stay at this hotel. They did give me a $50 refund that is still trying to go through.

Electric car charging stations in the parking lot and they are working. Only the two Tesla ones are working but I have an adapter to plug into them. Check in was very quick and the person who checked me in was very friendly.

I had already booked for a room. I had traveled from Atlanta to Brunswick just to arrive to be told they didn’t have any rooms available for me. I was confused. So basically I reserved a room but when I get there you say there are no rooms available. The rep said she could see where I had booked for the room. I will never book with them again just a terrible experience that was.
