eautiful 3BR/2BA home ideal for temporary housing, federal law enforcement travel, and pet-friendly stays. Located in a quiet neighborhood just 5 mins to FLETC, 10 mins to Southeast Georgia Health System, and close to shopping & dining.
Perfect for remote work with a private office + high-speed WiFi. Fully fenced yard for pets. Only 20 mins to St. Simons & Jekyll Islands. Great for relocation, long-term stays, and corporate housing with pets.
Other things to note:
All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.
Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
Pack N Plays, high chairs and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
