The first room, the sheets looked like they'd been on another bed, got shaken outside, then put on my bed. There was hair and fuzz in the sheets and the pillows and pillowcases looked like they'd been slept on. The bathroom and sink floor was sticky. The towels were dirty and stained. The toilet seat was the wrong size, so sitting on the seat, my legs touched the bowl. The second room was marginally better but the comforter had crap on it that I didn't notice until I was going to bed. The sheets still didn't look totally clean. The bathroom sink just trickled water that got worse the more I needed to use it, so I could barely even wash my hands. The toilet seat was even more wrongly sized; how do you f**k up getting the correct size and shape of toilet seats??? Don't stay here unless you're absolutely desperate. But the desk staff were friendly and didn't give me a hard time when I asked to change to a cleaner room. But their housekeeping is horrendous and whoever does their maintenance is almost as bad.

We booked a room. When we arrived there was a hand written note on the door saying 'no more rooms'. We rung the bell, a man's voice confirmed (he didn't come out,). We told him we had a reservation. Still sent us away.

All of the towels were stained and grey. The sheets in both beds were stained. The carpet was stained. 1/4” of toilet paper left on the only roll of toilet paper in the room. The smoke detector was beeping and the guy at the front desk said to remove it from the wall and to take out the battery.

My room 123, was very gross. I seen and killed several cockroaches. I found 2 run out of the fridge when I opened it, there were 2 more already dead in the back, it had to treys inside and a huge brown stain on the bottom. Found another one in the shower. There were soda/coffee splatter stains in the wall in the bathroom area. They need to fumigate that place bad, and do a much better job at cleaning the rooms. If some sort of inspector would have gotten the room I got, he would have shut that place down!
