Property was as advertised. We needed to stay somewhere close for our daughters graduation at Fairfield and this worked great. It was a short 10 minute drive to campus. Good value for the money. Thank you.

LOCATION++ COMMUNICATION++++

The location of Ms. Jay's place is unbeatable! My group and I were in town for an event in the Total Mortgage Arena. The drive was 5 minutes max! Ms. Jay is great with communication. She was always available for any questions. The apartment is very homey, cozy and comfortable. Very nicely decorated and it has everything you might need. (We would just recommend some mirrors in the bedrooms). The place is next to a very busy street which there is always a lot of noise, especially at night. One night (3am) we were woken up by a lady talking very loudly (screaming) on the phone. She was in the parking lot of the store next door facing directly to the bedroom windows. Also, this is a building where other people live. Someone in the other unit must smoke and the cigarette smell sometimes would be very strong, especially in the bathroom. We weren't in the apartment much so it was tolerable but this would not be ideal for a person who suffers from asthma or sensitive to these types of smells. We thank Ms. Jay for hosting us!
