Our Home Owners Association By-Laws, specifically Article VI, section 11 (e), state: “No Unit may be leased for less than one week.` As a result, all reservations made under one week will be extended to account for one week total. This change is at no additional cost to you and will be automatically given.
We have a No Party policy as well as a No Indoor Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). No Pets. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a fee of $500 to cover damages.

During the last two weeks of June through the first week of September, check-ins need to occur on a Saturday.
