Front desk attendant was great. New wi-fi process wasn't documented anywhere. The key holder had the old information which was frustrating because we couldn't log on. Being glucose meter diabetics, it was critical to have wi-fi service. The shower tiles' grout was chipping, and that left sharp edges of the tiles to stand on - an injury concern to anyone but particularly diabetics who must avoid foot injuries.

Booking the hotel was fast and easy via hotels.com. The greeter at the check-in desk was not friendly at all. There was is never a hello. She appeared to have an attitude the entire process. She rudely told my husband he needed a key for the restroom and I was trying to check us in.
