Outstanding Room!

Our stay at Treehouse Condominiums was super from before check-in to check-out and everything in between. I received a call (followed up by a text) with very clear instructions on their contactless check in. The room was clean and very well furnished. We like to cook a simple (bacon and eggs) type of breakfast before wee head out for the day and our room had everything we needed. Our room was decorated with a tractor/farm theme. If was very tastefully done. The pictures, tables, stools, even the furniture all matched the theme. Overall this is a very comfortable and clean place to visit. Well done Treehouse!

Great view and great place

We LOVE the Branson area and the Treehouses are great condominiums! If you don't or can't do stairs be SURE to let them know because our 3-bedroom was two flights and no elevator. But the view more than made up for that! This was by far the best stocked condo we have ever rented anywhere. Close to everything but still you feel secluded. And, again, THAT VIEW!!

It was good. The views are great and the room was ok. Nothing spectacular but it was clean enough. Could’ve been nicer and had some updates. I didn’t like having to pay an extra $60 cleaning fee when we got their though. And at checkout I felt like they required us to do a lot and they asked for a tip on top of that.

Beautiful view!!

The view from the private deck is amazing!! The flooring of the deck is worn, with big holes in the indoor/outdoor carpet, and the flooring under it looked as if it had a piece replaced, but it was warped, and I kept tripping over it. The bed was comfortable, the condo was neat and clean. Nice appliances, and we had everything we needed. The furnishings were dated, but in good condition and clean. Overall, it was a great experience.. Especially with that amazing view of the lake! Easy check in, easy check out too. I wouldn't let the other items stop me from recommending, or staying there again. Definitely, would recommend staying at Treehouse Condominiums!

Needs updating

Location is great to get to the lake. SDC is very close. The units are individually owned, and our unit needed some updating. The furniture looked and felt like it was bought in the 80's. The kitchen cooking equipment was totally worn out. The sharpest knife in the house was a pairing knife I bought at a fruit stand on the drive down. We found out later that our unit was for sale. I certain that is why our unit was needing work. We stayed in another individually owned unit a couple months ago, and it was great. The sooner this unit is sold the better it will be for everyone.

Clean, quiet, convenient.

Great place. Not right on the water, but lake is accessible. Condos are clean and spacious. Good views. Limited dock availability if bringing boat, but some units do include boat slips, and if not, marina is very close and slips are usually available there. Also has boat/trailer parking. Not the best for lake swimming (unless utilizing the dock,) but nice pool. Close, close, close to everything.

CONDOMINIUMS WITH SEPARATE BEDROOMS AND LIVING AREAS SUITE OUR FAMILY NEEDS WELL (2 ADULTS AND 3 CHILDREN 6YRS AND UNDER) VERSUS ONE BEDROOM HOTELS. OUR UNIT COULD BE UPDATED, BUT WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. NEARBY/SIMILAR CONDO'S HOWEVER HAVE BEEN UPDATED AND RATES ARE COMPRABLE. DON'T FORGET YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $60 CLEANING FEE THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ADVERTISED/NIGHTLY PRICE. THIS FEE ACTUALLY MADE OUR VISIT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER NEARBY UNITS.

The view from the balcony was gorgeous! The condo was in a great location but the furnishigs needed some updating - especially the bed and living room furniture.
