We travel a lot and our experience started with the front desk giving us 2 rooms that already belonged to other families. Very awkward to open doors to find they're occupied. When we received our third room, we were next to a family of screaming and running children and parents yelling loudly at 11 pm. Be aware this hotel does not adress this until 11 pm quiet hours. Wild! 2 nights of this we will not return as this seems routine for this hotel and management.

We were overbooked in what they stated was Expedia’s fault. They turned us away but offered a sister hotel that was not the same caliber. This hotel did not meet the standards were we expecting. We are grateful they at least had another room ready
