Wonderful!

We loved our stay in this property. It is very warm and beautiful. The bedrooms with the view to the marine are a plus! Kitchen is very well equipped. The neighborhood is very calm, perfect to escape from the routine. Walking distance to the beach to watch beautiful sunsets 🌅. We will definitely come back.

Best of both worlds!

Spent an amazing week enjoying this property! We are locals but find it difficult to get to the beach unless we block out intentional time - figured it was the perfect location and way to start the summer! Location is killer just a block from the beach and a number of great restaurants. Home is updated and stocked with essentials, including ice cold air. The back yard is by far the best aspect of the property with sweeping views of the intercoastal waterway. Loved watching the boats, island goers, dolphins and sunrises from the new dock. Can't wait to go back for another round of relaxation and retreat soon!

Outstanding location, great rental!

Spotless and recently updated with everything we needed for a great week! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Nice patio with a bay view for morning coffee and a very short walk to the white sand gulf beach. A couple decent restaurants just an 1min walk away, drug store/grocery store about 5min by car. Communication with the rental group was outstanding. Every question quickly answered. We had a minor issue with one of the bathrooms. One text and they had someone out and the issue fixed same day. Highly recommend this property and the AMI Locals management group!

Perfect house and location

This property was perfect in every way. Great location, and beautiful home. AMI Locals were so great to work with when we needed assistance with minor adjustments at the house. So very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Great house in a great location

The property was perfect for a week long vacation with the family. Located across the street from the beach (less than 5 minute walk) and also walking distance to several restaurants, bars and Bridge Street. The back patio was a great spot to unwind in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Water depth, otherwise perfect

House was great. Well decorated, clean, sufficient kitchenware and appliances for a week. Outdoor patio perfect for sunrise! Easy walk to beach, bars, food. New dock is great but...it needs a few more feet to meet the dredged channel for those houses. Even 5 ft would make a dufference. Low tide left my 23' center console solidly on bottom severly limiting ability to use freely. Street is narrow deadend with NO room to turn truck and trailer. Messaged multiple times with managment about room for trailer, boat and they knew size of boat, assured would accomodate. Trailered from NC, was dissappointed. I made it work, but no way this would accomodate any bigger. Lots of other choices in the area with much less boat hassle. There is a narrow channel to ICW, but took me a while to figure it out. You will still see 2' even in high tide getting to ICW.

Was in town for my daughters wedding and the back dock/patio area was absolutely beautiful!! The location was so convenient, the vrbo was super clean and newly updated! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Perfect getaway!

We loved our stay here! Highly recommend stopping on Walmart on the way to grab household essentials (extra TP, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, spices, cooking oil, butter etc) as the unit only provides a small starter kit with one detergent, soap, a TP per bathroom and little bathroom kits. Unfortunately kitchen had no food or storage items for safety reasons per the company. Otherwise it was gorgeous! The company who runs it was excellent with communication and checked in on our needs to make sure we were comfortable. Less then 3 min walk to the beach for play and sunset, and sunrises over your back deck. All the beach supplies you need, even umbrellas for our baby! Walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. We would love to come back soon!

Bradenton Beach

First time to Anna Maria Island and let me tell you…I did not want to go home. The home we stayed in was perfect. Beds were comfortable and the home was clean. My family and I came from AZ for a wedding so we did not get to spend much time at the beach but the time we did spend was wonderful. The beach was within a 5 min walk of the home and water right outside the back of the home with the most amazing views. The management crew for the home responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The area was not overly busy. Only suggestion I might have is making sure there is enough toilet paper when a family is going to stay for several days. I would definitely return again.

Ladies get away

We had a wonderful time, perfect location of the house with walking distance to everything we needed. We enjoyed the kayaks, the beach chairs & umbrellas as well as the great backyard. House was good size and nice!
