Hotel was lovely except it was Superbowl night and tv in common area and room didn't work. I guess they eventually got it to work in the common area but we ate at the Mexican restaurant near the parking garage. Our tv in the room never worked. Hotel was super nice otherwise.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the overall cleanliness and modern feel of the room. The decor was fresh and up-to-date, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept soundly throughout the night. The room itself was spotless, with everything in perfect condition. It was clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining its facilities. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the well-stocked amenities to the thoughtfully arranged furniture that maximized the space. The service was also outstanding. The employees were friendly, approachable, and always available to help with any questions or requests. It really felt like they cared about making my stay enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Place BG, for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and modern place to stay with excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!

Hotel is run down. Can tell it sits on a college campus. We have stayed here twice. Will not stay again. Walls are super thin. Furniture worn. Bathroom showers need attention.
