Fabulous location overlooking the Boston Common park and walkable to so much. The staff of this hotel was fabulous and the comfort of the bed was top notch. I would definitely return to this hotel and reccomend it to anyone staying in Boston.

I've stayed here three times this summer, and each time I've booked a park view room. Two of the three times they moved me to rooms that were not park view. Each time I've made them move me back to the park view rooms I booked. This time, when they handed me the key, I said the room number didn't look like it was a park view and asked them to confirm it was a park view. The woman at front desk said "It should be." It wasn't. I had to come back down and ask to change again. This is a great hotel, but having to fight to get the room you booked each time you arrive is a rough way to start, and I wish they'd knock it off.

The service is impeccable.! The restaurant Contessa is excellent but very expensive. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning is wonderful, as are the sheets. It would have been nice to have fresh water to drink in the rooms. I will definitely return!
