Parking was easy and the hotel was spotless. The location is great and very convenient to pretty much anything you would want to do in Boston. The only negative I had was that after a long day of walking all over Boston, I was excited to take a bath but that wasn't possible. There was no plug in the tub and the handle was broken, so the water never got hot.

This property is ok. An older hotel but they try to maintain. The hotel was clean. Staff was mixed some were nicer than others. The hotel was pet friendly and had an underground parking lot. We stayed one night and the hotel served its purpose.

Great location with parking in basement. Hotel has just been refurbished although on a budget and things look fine while new. Not sure how how it will age. Beds were fine though.

From the outside the hotel seemed not so nice but on the inside it was very lovely. You can tell there has been a lot of renovations done. The staff was welcoming, however they did mess up our late check out request but resolved without issue. The rooms themselves are clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The lobby could use a ramp to access the higher floors but it could possibly be coming with future renovations. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would recommend staying here for a quick overnight.

The original room I was given was like being outside in winter with no jacket. It was freezing. It was warmer in the hallway leading to the room. I went back to the front desk to change rooms and the clerk acted as if I did know how to function a thermostat. The semi attitude because a room change was requested was a little off putting. Would I stay there again, probably NOT!

Rooms are standard and clean. However, the staff is ill equipped to make the experience with the hotel feel comfortable. Example: I asked for extra bottled water and was told no. My room was half cleaned. New towels were brought in but the bed was left unmade which was very odd. Layout of the hotel was the most confusing place I've ever stayed. I walked in circles everytime I tried to find my room or leave the hotel. More clear signage to exits would be very helpful.

Very nice hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful! Great location and on a budget! Only complaint was the rooms HVAC was outdated and the room was warm and not able to control. Otherwise a fun trip and great stay!

Nice hotel well located with renovated rooms & Internet was fine but... 1) bath shower was still old and didn't work well 2) walls have no soundproofing - VERY NOISY! 3) packaged pastries is not 'breakfast' 4) on event night, we came back to a full parking lot. I had to walk to another hotel and pay for overnight parking Staff was great - refunded parking, but I still had to walk back & forth to other parking lot

The shower in our room had no curtain. it was so messy to shower. When I told the front desk, the staff asked what could they do to compensate and she will talk to the supervise but nothing ever happened.
