Great location and lovely property, but hot

The location was great. Front staff was rebooting computers when we checked in so check-in was challenging. The room was lovely, but the temperature was so hot and would not go down.

Great stay at the Collonade.

We had a lovely stay at the Collonade. The room was great. Plenty big with a spectacular view. Amazing location near the Copley Plaza and Newbury Street. Super friendly and accommodating staff.
