Staff was excellent. Norman, the doorman was exceptional in helping me get roadside assistance to jump start my car after battery died. Front desk was superb in helping me when I needed a second jump start to get my car out of the garage.

For the price it was exceedingly mediocre. No valet service. No bell service. Frat bro at the front desk had no idea if they had room service or not. Said they did and then no one ever answered. Door knob fell off closet door. hair left in the tub. I expected more out of this experience and it ended up like staying at a Hampton Inn.

Location great. Parking ridiculous. 2 women shopping/theatre. We paid $140 total to park for 1 night. The garage was empty for obvious reasons. The doorknob fell off the bathroom. People / staff were lovely.
