The Oasis Guest House is lovely, comfortable, clean, quiet, peaceful, and conveniently located on a quiet residential street. I walked around Back Bay and to Kenmore Square, and Fenway Park. Stores, restaurants, and public transportation are all nearby. There were many breakfast options including fresh breads and pastries, cereals, and eggs. I am a gluten-free vegetarian and enjoyed a leisurley breakfast each morning that kept me going until the afternoon- fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, granola, nuts, juice and coffee. I am fine with stairs and enjoy the charm of older buildings. Please note that there is no elevator. This was my second stay and I enjoyed it just as much as on my first visit last year. The staff is very patient and helpful.

The gentleman who checked me in was super gracious and informative. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The location was perfect, It is on a quiet street so close to the Prudential Center and easy access to all of Boston, just steps away. I appreciated the breakfast being included. I think students from nearby Berklee must reside here, as well, as I was serenaded with (a flute?) this morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Staf, location and clean room are the hotel's strengths. The service is very good, and the staff are always attentive whenever we need anything. The level of cleanliness of both the rooms and the hotel overall is excellent. Great location, close to a subway station, supermarkets, pharmacies, and the Prudential shopping mall. There are a few points that could be improved, but they are not major issues: the shower space in our room was quite small, which could be a problem for larger people. The breakfast is good, but it could offer a bit more variety. There is no minibar or microwave in the room, but you can use the hotel’s if needed. Overall, our stay was very good, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay in Boston and is looking for an honest hotel with a prime location.

This hotel is actually an old apartment building with a creaky narrow three story walk up (no elevator) - but the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was great. A great bargain for the convenience of an overnight in Boston. Be careful, make sure your room has a bathroom otherwise you will have to share.

The location is its best attribute. Clean and well managed. Decent continental breakfast, but not remarkable. Good taste and quality in decor - kitchen backsplash, sitting room furniture. Rooms need to be refreshed to bring them to the next level. Bed covers and towels to a higher-quality, and improve air circulation. I would definitely stay again.

Room was very tiny very loud next to the front desk and the breakfast area. Bathroom was very small. The heat was very high. You could not adjust it. Windows do not open.. woken up by someone coughing outside of my door as she’s coughing over the breakfast bar food. The people at the main lobby were nice. It was easy to come and go.. The parking was near impossible, even though it was cheap.. a person. I am with can drive dump trucks and have their CDL and move boats here and there and had a hard time maneuvering the parking situation. They do offer other options further away, but obviously with more money I would say the parking is the worst part of the whole place. The main lobby was charming with the Christmas tree and decorations, but over all the room was just OK.
