I stayed 4 nights with my spouse. Staff was great. Very easy check in and they offered us water. They were super helpful throughout our stay, giving us a toothbrush. The room was nice. I liked the little sofa area and blackout curtains. Everything seemed really clean, except the lobby trash overflowed a couple of times. I was supposed to get housekeeping on day 2 and they never came. Day 3 i talked to reception to ensure we got housekeeping that day, but again, nothing. We made due, got towels and TP for ourselves. Breakfast was good and well attended. I liked the 24/7 coffee in the lobby. Overall good stay. The location is wonderful, a short walk to several food options, convenience store, and mall across the street. Easy freeway access and easy parking.

This hotel should not have the Hyatt name. The front desk staff is one person. Having coffee available 24 hours sounds great but the area was filled with little bugs flying around. When I told front desk the lady just came over and whoosh them away but immediately came back. The space was obviously not cleaned and I didn’t see her call anyone to clean while I was there watching tv. If you come here because it carries the Hyatt name, expect motel standards.

Nice stay

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Many dining choices adjacent to hotel. Free parking and easy access to I-93. This is a great choice if you are visiting Boston by car.

This property is very average. The beds are soft and old. The property had a bus tour and an appliance store conference in the building when we were there so it was crowded. There is a Legal Seafood adjacent to the hotel which is great and it's a short drive to Boston off peak times. But, the hotel is just serviceable at best.

Not up to Hyatt Place Standards!

Worst stay ever at a Hyatt Place property. The chain-operated shades did more work and could not be closed all the way. This resulted in sunlight entering the room early in the morning. The provided breakfast was a real letdown. On the first day, there was no milk other than skim milk and almond milk. That’s right, they nonchalantly told me that they ran out of regular or 2% milk. Well….no cereal or a glass of milk to drink for me…. On the second day, they ran out of bagels, then brought some out that were frozen (not just cold…..FROZEN).
