Too bad, this could have been a pretty good experience with just a little professional customer service. I chose this hotel because it gives Hotel.com platinum member free parking. When I arrived I was told the parking garage was full. Ok, many questions there as the hotel was not full . But instead of offering to park me somewhere else or at least offer to pay for street parking I was told sorry you will have to find another place to park. It’s a nice hotel , well maintained, most staff are very professional and friendly but unfortunately this encounter was unexpected and disappointing to say the least.
