No towels at the pool, when they check you in they could care less about your status with their reward club - loyalty, computer at business area doesn’t work, price gouging on the snacks- $7 for a candy bar , $4 for a 20 oz soda…not acceptable. We choose this hotel because it claims to offer an airport shuttle...arriving at 8;30pm we waited for an hour in the cold only to be told that their shuttle doesn't pick up at the same place as all the other hotels...we we fortunate to find a Lyft for $40 . Never again 😒 for this place
