One hotel’s elevator wasn’t working which made the waiting long! The food was good, there was a lot of people and the staff was a little overwhelm not prepared to give enough food, the try kept been empty! We didn’t use the airport shuttle thinking they weren’t running @1:30am when we landed!

The staff were amazing. I was there -- unexpectedly -- because my flights were cancelled during the huge snowstorm of February 22-24. They were caring, cheerful, efficient and personable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to be stranded or a better group of people to be stranded with.

Pool hot tub out, no notice on the site. No towels at the pool, when they check you in they could care less about your status with their reward club - loyalty, computer at business area doesn’t work, price gouging on the snacks- $7 for a candy bar , $4 for a 20 oz soda…not acceptable. Breakfast BLAHHHH same stuff everyday , not that great unfortunately

Worst customer service ever Will never going back to this hotel they make false descriptions of there parking saying that they has on site parking and then when you get there they charge you 30$ for parking when you ask them about the on site parking they said they don’t have any you have to pay to park and when you go park there is no parking you have to pay to park and you still don’t have a spot when told to the manager she was was rude they need to revaluate there staff. Never ever will go to that hotel again.
