We stayed for one night before taking a flight from Logan. The room and the bathroom were spotless clean, the shuttle runs every 20-30 minutes and was very reliable. All in all, great value and will stay again.

Nasty looking bottom of shower, used bar of soap in shower, big toenail by bed, window to street that didn’t lock and…blood specs on the linens (likely evidence of bed bugs). Only hot drink in lobby was regular coffee (no hot water for tea). The staff I interacted with were very friendly. We didn’t complain because we were just there for 1 sleep.

My only complaint was that they lied about free parking. It costs $30.00 a day to park. They need to discontinue with false advertising. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Charged 25 to check in early. 39 a night to park but had issues finding parking. Went to restaraunt. Poor service. Said they couldn’t turn on lights that they were flickering but then they were on later. Food was ok. Asked for 6 facecloths for remainder of stay so I didn’t need to ask for part day when I needed to shower at 6. They told me no. Door key did not work. Maid tried her key. Did not work either and she just walked away instead of helping. Hot tub was broken. No towels at pool area. Pull out couch was terrible. So many more issues.
