The staff were amazing, super helpful, friendly, and diligent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend. They also offer complimentary shuttle services to the airport.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and tight. Breakfast was very appetizing and tasty. I did not appreciate paying $30/day for parking. No security, no cover of the vehicles. Park at your own risk. I also did not appreciate paying for two (2) rooms ($700) in advance, only to have to pay a deposit of $200. I was told the deposit is standard policy and it would go back into my account after 72 hours. Company policy is not a reason for doing this. The company website does not explain why this is being done. There is no justification. Especially since the rooms were paid for in advance. Other than that, the facility and team members were excellent.

Thought it was excellent until they are charging us $400 because they said we were smoking in the room and that an alarm detected it. However, never came to check on us or say anything to us. My mom and I have never smoked a day in our life. The hotel was very nice and good location and now we will never stay there again or suggest it because they couldn’t communicate with us or some see us. Meanwhile, when I got off the elevator there was a smell of weed. And now trying to deal with it has been a pain.

Everything was great besides a little complaint with the bathroom it wasn't cleaned the best but maybe whoever was cleaning that day had a rough day so not to much judgement on that but the room was nice, I stayed 2 nights with my boyfriend due to the storm and we ended up getting a upgrade on our room that was nice and breakfast was good I enjoyed my stay
