We had a great time at Alberto’s place. He was an excellent host. He answered all our questions about the property before we checked in, and made the check in process very easy. The house was great and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay with Alberto again!

Cute apartment in a convenient location

Our group of four adults had a great stay at Alberto's property. It's on a quiet residential street with parking space, but it's also an easy 10-minute walk to the nearest T station, so it was convenient for two modes of transportation. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials. The apartment is in a converted older house that has loads of character, but there were a few old house quirks, like window AC units that left the windows ajar. Worth it for the three bedrooms, though!

Perfect for family of five

Place was clean, had enough space and good beds for two adults and three teenagers. House is older, but clean and had standalone AC units in each bedroom. We appreciated that, since we hit heatwave during our visit. Manager was very responsive and good communication when we tripped the breakers and needed to reset them. We drove to Boston and this was one of few rentals that had a parking spot. Overall, good stay!

Amazing Place!!

This house was just what my family & I needed to stay for the night. The house was amazingly beautiful and clean! The host was fantastic, I would recommend anyone to stay here and I would most definitely stay here again with no doubt.

Great spot

We booked last minute and they were very accommodating. Our family used the T line each day to get places and it was so convenient and a short walk from the house. Window ac units worked great.

Perfect home near Tufts

This place had everything we needed! We were four people (three elderly) and had plenty of space to spread out and relax plus a super easy drive or walk to Tufts. Comfortable beds, lots of amenities (coffee, spices, shampoo, good towels) and great communication. Thanks for making this weekend possible!

Large duplex within 10 mins of Green Line and 20 or so mins of downtown by car. Nice property with good amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Just What We Needed

The accomodations are not fancy but comfortable and very clean and extremely functional - lots of plugs and outlets for electronics, lots of hooks for towels etc., and all the basic IKEA kitchenware you would need. We got to the apartment a little over an hour early but went to see if we could get in and drop our stuff. We were able to get in. Highly recommend if you need to be in the Medford area and need a comfortable, no frills place to sleep.

Clean and easy

A great place to spread out. Good size rooms and fresh decor. Tremendous attention to detail. Hosts very accessible through text or email, happy to answer any question within minutes. Well run operation - it snowed the night we were there and sidewalks were being shoveled by the time we got up. Also, we left behind a few items and the host went out of their way on their own time to drop it off with our nearby family who we were visiting. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
