The microwave didn’t work (called several times to have it looked at). Toilet kept overflowing, the tub wouldn’t drain the water so as you’re showering the tub would fill up. Called to get the fixed, the finally fixed it the night before check out.

Hotel is at least 15-20 minutes walking from the subway. Lots of traffic surrounding hotel. Pizza Days is listed as a nearby restaurant. I ordered online for pickup, but when we walked to the store only 5 minutes away, it was closed. It should be removed from the list.

When I checked in at midnight staff didn’t inform me that I’d be charged for parking. 3 days into my stay I find a letter on my car saying I’m parked illegally. When I went to the front desk the sign regarding parking was nowhere near the front desk, but across the room in a lounge area. When I told the receptionist I was unaware she asked me did I read all the policies when I reserved the room (weeks ago). I thought this was very unprofessional and rude as the front desk is to advise customers of important policies upon check-in. Also, when I returned to the hotel on my 2nd night of the 3 night stay my keycard had been deactivated. When I went to the front desk they had no explanation. They just reactivated it. My experience with the staff made my stay stressful and uncomfortable.

Although we had made the reservation with my husband’s credit card and he was standing right beside me with his ID, she still said she could give the room to us.
