The people I interacted with in off hours — the gentleman working at 1AM for check in, the lady working at 2:30AM for check out — were both welcoming and pleasant. The reservation came with breakfast, and I’ve stayed at plenty where it’s $20 extra. It was good food, tended to by friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was excellent and the location is convenient to the airport and the city of Boston in general. The restaurant is connected by a hallway making it a great option especially in the winter, and the service there was also wonderful.
