Though clean. There was a very unpleasant smell when we initially entered the room. A very fishy odor. Otherwise, guest services were very friendly and helpful, with information about the area. A pleasant stay overall.

The room was fantastic, spotless, clean, Great view of the City of Boston. NO REFRIGERATOR in rooms, it was quite other than the City noises. I would Recommend to anyone else, and I do plan on staying there again in the near future!

The room was modern with tasteful furnishings and was very clean. The HVAC system seemed to have run amok. The room was 74 degrees when I arrived. I turned the thermostat to 71 degrees to be more comfortable and it gradually cooled down. The problem was that it cooled all the way down to 65 degrees by the next morning. I moved it to 72 degrees and it came up to that temperature. I left it alone and it was fairly good all day, but again the next morning the temperature dropped to 65 degrees. I reported the issue to the front desk upon checkout.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and beautiful, exactly what you need to feel comfortable. Everything was well maintained and organized. The front desk service was excellent—very friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. Overall, I felt very comfortable during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Overall, the property was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable, which made resting easy after long days. The staff truly stood out everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay more pleasant. That said, the standard room was quite small. It’s manageable for a one-night stay, but staying for three nights was challenging due to very limited wardrobe and storage space. Unpacking fully wasn’t really possible. Breakfast was continental and convenient, but it could be improved. For example, the boiled eggs were cold, and when milk was added to the coffee it became cold as well. Since there’s no microwave in the standard rooms, guests have to walk to the mini shop to use the single shared microwave, which isn’t located in the breakfast area this was a bit inconvenient, especially in the mornings. In summary, it’s a good option for a short stay with comfortable beds and excellent staff, but for longer stays, more space and better breakfast amenities would make a big difference.

Clean room, and facilities. The room was pretty small, but large window helped make it feel larger. Water pressure for morning shower was very weak, and not hot enough. The $300 security fee is OUTRAGEOUS!!!
