Stayed here for 5 nights, their breakfast was very good we made sure we made it down for breakfast. Every one was very pleasant that we talked to. Staff very friendly & helpful. Room was very clean. Bed was comfy. I would stay here again.

This hotel truly rescued our birthday trip after a rough experience elsewhere. We arrived late, but the staff were gracious and immediately let us check in without hesitation. Every team member we met was warm, friendly, and attentive—offering smiles and helpfulness whether we passed through the lobby midday or grabbed a snack after midnight. Our room was spacious and spotless, much larger and cleaner than our previous hotel, and at a better price. The beds were well made, the bathroom was immaculate every day, and you could feel the care in every detail. From our very first interaction to our last goodbye, the hospitality was outstanding. What really stood out was how genuinely empathetic and accommodating everyone was; even though our earlier travel issues had nothing to do with them, they made us feel appreciated and cared for. The clear communication at check-in, welcoming environment at all hours, and overall warmth transformed our stay into a wonderful memory. Without question, I look forward to returning and highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and true hospitality.

Nice spacious room, staff were excellent, WiFi was good, breakfast was good & the Halloween decorations were brilliant as were the staff’s costumes!!! One negative was one of the breakfast tables had a spillage on and the next morning had not been cleaned up. Sunday evening we were woken by shouts of “Fire Department” it seems some guests were stuck in the lift - by departure on Wednesday midday the lift was still out of order luckily the 2nd lift was working. Overall an excellent stay.

The staff was very helpful. The continental breakfast in the morning had plenty of options even for my friend with gluten restrictions. The hotel was decorated so awesome for Halloween. I loved it. The hotel had plenty of parking available.

Rooms clean but walls thin. Breakfast options are great but scrambled eggs were atrocious- the texture was like they were powdered eggs mixed with pectin then steamed. Beautiful area
