Exceptionally AWFUL!! Steer clear… pool and hot tub do not work and are the first picture on the listing and one of the main reasons we booked this place. VERY misleading. Our room was not ready when we arrived either and we had to wait almost an hour for it to be ready even though I booked it over 2 weeks ago. Lots of late excuses. People definitely living in hotel, seemed very sketchy and unsafe. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe the whole time. Breakfast is purely high carbs- bring your own protein. Will NOT be staying here again or recommending..

New owners just took over a week prior to our check in. From check in to check out the staff apologized for things that weren’t updated yet, were more than happy to help with whatever we needed. The room was clean and stocked with towels etc. would definitely stay here again.

Cheapest around for 6 hrs sleep. On the freeway. Saving grace was the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were nice. That part was clean which is all I really cared aboutAnd for that ok, pool and hot tub broke down, bath had lots of hair in the drain, you get what you pay for

Clean room 5stars , the staff might want to do a better job leaving customers important information out of sight of other customers view that was the first thing I noticed other than that things were great I missed breakfast but walked past it at checkout and they had a waffle maker can’t go wrong with that

I reserved our room on expedia. Which don't apparently keep up with mergers and changes?Because when we went for our motel , it was not there. We found an abandon motel with that name. So we looked up the phone number for the hotel. The wonderful concierge helped us find the hotel that was renamed and had us in our room in 5 minutes, so we were not late for our concert. Many, many thanks to her for a wonderful stay.

Very old, pool was out of order, carpets were in need of a cleaning very badly (left my 2 young girls' who left their shoes off before bed feet VERY black and gross after walking around and we had to wash them), smelled of stale cigarettes, and the cleaning lady we saw was not very kind.. but the 2 gentlemen who checked us in and then out were so kind and lovely. The breakfast was decent.

After I arrived, and in the time that I went to bed shortly after I fell asleep there was somebody trying to get into my room thankfully, I had locked the sway lock. Let them know that they were trying to get into a room that was already occupied. He stated that his key worked for my room and I was like well. This room is occupied. I was curious why only one of my key cards worked for the lock did not see any staff when I checked out at 4 o’clock in the morning and left the key cards on the desk.

Ok. So the property is a little worn down. If you want a five star motel, pay the price. If you want a deal, this is your place. For an overnight stay to catch an early flight, its perfect. It wasnt dirty and the staff was amazing. The cruel reviews are nonsense. These individuals are trying and thats commendable. I would definitely stay again. I had a wake up call and shuttle sevice. The staff made my stay perfect. Getting up at 4am is rough enough. There smiles and upbeat personalities took the pain away. Thank you!!!!

The down fall is the road noise next to the freeway. I could the chance to sleep next to the freeway. The place is fine for the price and you can sleep with road noise.
