Breakfast available downstairs was great and convenient with great waffles . Great price and tasty beverages. London fog, chai, and frozen blended drinks were really good. Tiramisu was stupid good. Quiet town at night. Full size kitchen with a large oven and fridge.

Its a very cute place above a coffe shop. Nicely furnished, comfortable bed. We arrived at night and didnt see the lockbox at first. Stairway was dark so couldnt see which door to enter. Host walked me through it and found the lights.Had a bit of an issue getting the tv on. Netflix is provided.They need to provide soap in the bathroom or body wash. There was no stopper in the tub. The coffee shop downstairs was good but no coffee provided in the apt.

We loved our stay. Everything was clean and the loft was beautifully decorated. There were numerous games provided for enjoyment. The kitchen had dishes including kid safe. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end our evenings. We will definitely plan to be back next year!

Very clean with great communication from owner! I loved signing the journal and reading past entries. My only recommendation would be to let people know the dining availability in the area… late night delivery was out of the question unfortunately but The cafe downstairs was amazing.. we could even smell the fresh coffee coming from downstairs as we are early risers. Highly Recommend the breakfast banana split and the siracha sandwich!! I DO intend on booking another stay soon… maybe mom and daughter overnight quality time.

Wonderful getaway

My 3 teens and I stayed here for one night. It was adorable! All of the decor was so unique and we all loved the ambiance of this space. We went downstairs to the Cafe in the morning- it was delicious! Will definitely be back- highly recommend!!!

Quiet getaway!

I chose this property as a quick overnight for my husband’s birthday, and it did not disappoint! Very nice studio type room, quiet, clean, hot tub downstairs was an added bonus! Breakfast downstairs at the Java Cafe was excellent. We will definitely keep this on our list!!

Sweet Overnight Stay

My husband and I were looking for a quiet spot to getaway for the night to celebrate our anniversary. The Courthouse Loft did not disappoint. The loft itself was so cool and had plenty for us to do and make ourselves at home. We ventured out for a walk around the park square and ice cream down the road. It was quiet, but that was what we were hoping for!

Best VRBO Ever!

Sadly, we were only able to stay overnight. We were on our way home from college graduation in Ohio. This was our halfway point. The place was Fan-Tastic...folks I know who have had more time in El Paso said the park system is phenomenal and a great place to walk the dogs, if on a long car trip. The community was friendly and welcoming as well.

Pictures don't do it justice

The place was so much larger than I thought it would be based on the pictures. Plenty of space for a family of 5, as long as you don't mind no walls. The little patio out back was gorgeous, but we didn't hang out there too much as the stairs are pretty steep. The coffee place downstairs was more like a full service restaurant, which was also incredibly kid friendly. I wish it were closer to home as we would love to stay again more regularly. I would highly recommend it for both couples or families.

Cozy stay

Very cool concept. Loft is very cozy and comfortable. The tv area was comfy and the kitchen was nice. The mattress, bedding and pillows were extraordinarily comfortable. The spiral stairs to the outside space are not for the faint of heart. Outdoor space and hot tub was nice, but perhaps due to the trash dumpsters from the cafe being full and right outside this area, the flies were almost unbearable. A drawback was the cafe becoming very busy and loud with customers at 7am and continued until we left. I understand there’s a coffee shop downstairs but I’ve never stayed in a place that didn’t have a coffee maker of some kind. Not everyone wants to get dressed and go into public for a cup of coffee in the morning. Overall cozy!
